Jess provides executive support to General Partners Josh Bell and Haakon Overli, Partners Shamillah Bankiya, Dan Chaplin and Henry Mason, and Principal Daniela Raffel.

Before joining Dawn, Jess spent nine years at CIT Group Partners, a property investment firm, where she was EA to the Chairman and worked closely with the investment team.

Jess holds a BA in Managing Performance from the University of Leeds.
