Wesley provides executive support to our GP Haakon, our Partner Hannah and our CFO, Alex.

With over a decade of experience, Wesley joins us from Bain Capital, where he supported the Managing Director of People and Organisation for the European Portfolio. Wesley has a passion for D&I and was a member of the D&I committee at Bain Capital. Prior to this, Wesley held positions internationally, including roles in Alaska, Australia and China. Additionally, Wesley spent nearly four years as a member of the Portfolio Management team at Hg Capital, providing executive assistance and event support.

Wesley has been recognised for his contributions to D&I, being listed in LGBTgreat’s Top 100 Gamechangers in 2022 and ‘Project 1000 Role Models’ in 2021.
