Francesca leads the Operations and Front of House team at Dawn. Her role ensures the seamless operation of our internal communications, HR functions and business processes. 

She has also supported our Investor Relations and Marketing teams since joining in February 2022.

Before joining us, Francesca was an Executive Assistant at Balderton Capital. Prior to that she worked for Real Estate and Discretionary Investment Management firms, Tristan Capital Partners and Quilter Cheviot.

She holds a BA in Business Management from Newcastle University.
