Chloe is a key member of Dawn’s platform team. She’s responsible for launching and managing Dawn’s functional communities across Sales, Finance, Marketing and People, along with hosting our portfolio events and managing vendor partnerships, whilst offering broader support to our portfolio companies on various topics.

Previously, Chloe was a Senior Associate at executive search firm Founders Keepers, where she sourced candidates across a broad range of searches for a variety of functions from CEO to region specific GMs, and before that was at Odgers Berndtson, where she focused on senior appointments in the Education sector.

Chloe read English Language at Newcastle University and spent her summers abroad, teaching English in both Oman and Rio.
