Alex leads our overall finance function and strategy, including managing our experienced in-house finance team. A member of our Investment Committee, she also works closely to support the work of our IR and investment teams.

Alex joined us from Kindred Capital, where she was among the earliest team members and built up the firm’s finance and operations roles over a six-year tenure. Before Kindred, Alex worked as an Investment Associate at Alta Advisers.

She holds a degree in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge, and is a CFA Charterholder from the CFA Institute.
