Chloe is a key member of Dawn’s talent platform. Together with our Head of Talent Avalon, she partners with our founders and people leaders on talent topics and connections, as well as advising our portfolio companies on leadership hiring.

Previously, Chloe was a Senior Associate at executive search firm Founders Keepers, where she sourced candidates across a broad range of searches for a variety of functions from CEO to region specific GMs, and before that was at Odgers Berndtson, where she focused on senior appointments in the Education sector.

Chloe read English Language at Newcastle University and spent her summers abroad, teaching English in both Oman and Rio.
